Canadian Business College’s Law Clerk program provides you with practical legal knowledge in the areas of research, analysis and theory. Graduates of the Law Clerk program are trained to draft and prepare documents in all of these areas.

Constant changes in legislation, related regulations, the rules of evidence, and economic growth have resulted in this major increase. As these trends are expected to continue, employment in these occupations is expected to increase significantly in the coming years.

Career Advancement

  • Upon completion of the Canadian Business College Law Clerk program, students are able to write the ILCO Estates, Corporate, Real Estate and Litigation exams.
  • Additionally, students are trained to draft and deliver legal documents, write and edit legal letters, legal memos and legal reports, and conduct legal research.
