The Construction Management program prepares students for dynamic roles within Canada’s growing construction industry. Designed to meet current industry demands, this program provides the practical skills and foundational knowledge needed to support residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
Students learn to interpret building codes, coordinate teams, prepare construction cost estimates, support project budgeting, and assist in planning and scheduling construction projects from start to finish. Training emphasizes real-world application, industry standards, and effective communication with project stakeholders.
Graduates of the Construction Management Program are prepared to pursue career opportunities within the residential, commercial, and industrial construction sectors.
Career opportunities may include roles such as Construction Coordinator, Project Assistant, Site Supervisor Assistant, Estimating Assistant, Scheduling Coordinator, or other construction administration and management support positions within construction firms, consulting companies, and related industry organizations.
